What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a forward-looking partnership designed to help leaders unlock clarity, strengthen presence, and navigate challenges with confidence.
Unlike therapy, which supports healing and the past, or mentoring, which relies on someone else’s expertise, coaching is about you — your goals, your growth, and your leadership. My role isn’t to hand you answers, but to ask powerful questions, share frameworks, and create space for you to uncover your own path forward.
Because my specialty is emotional intelligence (EQ), every conversation we have is grounded in helping you grow self-awareness, manage emotions effectively, and build stronger relationships — skills proven to set the best leaders apart.
My Approach
My coaching is rooted in curiosity, partnership, and trust, blending over a decade of corporate leadership with ICF-accredited training in emotional intelligence and leadership development.
Here’s what working together looks like:
Format → 1:1 confidential sessions (virtual or in-person)
Cadence → Typically bi-weekly over 3–6 months

Goal-setting consultation: clarify your objectives and priorities
Coaching sessions: 60 minutes each, where you bring a topic or challenge
Integration: we review how you applied insights from prior sessions
Frameworks & tools: I’ll introduce research-based practices, especially around emotional intelligence, that you can immediately put into practice

No. Therapy is focused on healing the past, and mentoring is about giving advice from personal experience. Coaching is forward-looking and collaborative — it’s about helping you uncover your own insights, build clarity, and take action.

Most of my clients work with me for 3–6 months, meeting biweekly. This gives enough time to build momentum, test new approaches, and see meaningful results. Longer engagements are also available if you’d like deeper or ongoing support.

Each engagement begins with a goal-setting session, where we identify the outcomes you want to achieve and the key themes to focus on.
From there, each 60-minute session follows a rhythm:
You bring a topic or challenge that’s most pressing in your leadership right now.
We explore it together through powerful questions, reflection, and research on emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness.
You leave with clarity and practical actions — and in the following session, we’ll review how you put those into practice and what shifted.
