My career as a Fortune 100 actuary and Corporate Vice President took me to the intersection of data, strategy, and people — and taught me one clear truth: the strongest leaders are those who lead with emotional intelligence.

Why I Coach
My transition into coaching was both professional and personal. After years in high-pressure environments, I knew firsthand the challenges of leadership: competing priorities, change fatigue, the weight of responsibility. I also knew that most leaders don’t need more technical answers — they need space to reflect, uncover insights, and strengthen how they show up for their people.
