I founded Juma Coaching & Consulting after more than a decade leading teams in the corporate world. My career as a Fortune 100 actuary and Corporate Vice President took me to the intersection of data, strategy, and people — and taught me one clear truth: the strongest leaders are those who lead with emotional intelligence.

Why I Coach

My transition into coaching was both professional and personal. After years in high-pressure environments, I knew firsthand the challenges of leadership: competing priorities, change fatigue, the weight of responsibility.
