Meet Anita
I founded Juma Coaching & Consulting after more than a decade leading teams in the corporate world. My work at the intersection of data, strategy, and people taught me one clear truth: the strongest leaders lead with emotional intelligence. That same lens on clarity and structure also shapes my hands-on work with data. Alongside coaching, I support academics and senior professionals with Excel and research data organization when clarity and speed matter.
